About CalRTA San Joaquin-Division 20-Area IIIIn 1949, Division 20 became an affiliate of CalRTA. We now have 700 members in San Joaquin County. Our focus is on the protection of public education and the retirement benefits of all members of CalSTRS. Division members contribute many hours of volunteer work in the community.
